BILSTEIN Launches $10,000 Contingency Program for 2025 Vegas to Reno Race
BILSTEIN is proud to announce a $10,000 contingency program for UTV racers competing in the 2025 Best In The Desert (BITD) Vegas to Reno race, held August 13–16. This initiative strengthens BILSTEIN’s position as the premier suspension brand in off-road racing, with a spotlight on the company’s flagship Black Hawk Powersports shocks.
As the longest single-day off-road race in the U.S., Vegas to Reno offers a high-impact platform to showcase BILSTEIN’s unmatched suspension performance, especially among elite and grassroots UTV competitors.
Contingency Payout Structure:
- $2,000 – 1st Place in UTV PRO NA Production on Black Hawk Shocks
- $2,000 – 1st Place in UTV PRO Class on Black Hawk Shocks
- $2,000 – 1st Place in Limited Pro Stock
- $2,000 – 1st Place in Limited Pro Stock R
- $2,000 – 1st Place in Sportsman UTV Class on Black Hawk Shocks
Total Purse: $10,000
Eligibility Requirements:
- Vehicle must run BILSTEIN Black Hawk Shocks for the entire race
- Display two 10” BILSTEIN decals (left and right side)
- No logos of competing suspension brands
- Minimum of three entries per class
- Sign up for contingency via BITD and confirm eligibility at the BILSTEIN trailer during tech/contingency day

BILSTEIN On-Site Activation:
BILSTEIN will host a full setup during the official contingency and tech inspection, distributing decals, verifying eligibility, and gathering racer information for future support and product development.
